Unitholders are advised that the circular includes, inter alia, a notice of general meeting of Hyprop shareholders and debenture holders to be held at the registered office of Hyprop, 2nd Floor, 21 Cradock Avenue, Cradock Heights, Rosebank, Johannesburg at 10h00 on Tuesday, 8 May 2012 ("the general meeting") to consider and, if deemed fit, pass the resolutions stated in the notice of general meeting forming part of the circular and necessary to implement the disposal.
