STANSX - Stanlib Swix 40 Fund - Distribution announcement STANLIB SWIX 40 FUND ("STANLIBSX") (being a portfolio under the STANLIB ETF CIS registered in the Republic of South Africa in terms of Collective Investment Schemes Control Act ("CISCA)) Share Code: STANSX Abbreviated Name: STANLIBSX ISIN: ZAE000148607 ("STANLIBSX") DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT Holders of STANLIBSX securities ("Securities Holders") are referred to the announcement dated 5 March 2012 setting out details of a possible quarterly distribution by the ETF to Securities Holders. Further to the above mentioned announcement, the manager (STANLIB Collective Investments Limited registered in the Republic of South Africa in terms of CISCA) of the STANLIB SWIX 40 Fund have now resolved to make a quarterly distribution to Securities Holders for the quarter ended 31 March 2012 ("the Distribution") in an amount of 6.32 cents per STANLIBSX ETF security. The distribution will be constituted as follows; 4.20 cents in respect of dividends and 2.12 cents in respect of other income. The Distribution will be made to all Securities Holders recorded in the register on Friday, 30 March 2012 and will be paid on Wednesday, 11 April 2012.
