STXIHC - Investec Warrants - Distribution announcement on Satrix 40 hot enhanced dividend securities INVESTEC WARRANTS JSE SHARE CODE: STXIHC JSE ISIN CODE: ZAE000164323 DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("STXIHC") With reference to the distribution announcement, the Managers and Trustees of SATRIX 40 (STX40) have declared a distribution in the form of a dividend of 13.57 cents, 0.01 cents in respect of interest and 0.28 cents in respect of scrip lending income per Satrix 40 security payable on the 11 April 2012 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 30 March 2012. Accordingly, the holders of STXIHC, will receive a SATRIX 40 distribution in the form of a dividend of 13.57 cents, 0.01 cents in respect of interest and of 0.28 cents, in respect of scrip lending income per ordinary share to ordinary shareholders payable on the 11 April 2012, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
