The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Hannelie du Preez to the role of Organisational Performance Executive. Hannelie holds an M Comm (Industrial Psychology) and has more than twenty two years` experience in people management and human resources, of which 10 years have been at executive level. As Organisational Performance Executive, Hannelie will align the people strategy to the business strategy, manage Employment Equity and serve on the Protech Group Executive Committee. Hannelie joins the Group with effect 23 April 2012. Further to the above, Julian Dovey has been appointed as Managing Director of the contracting business with effect from 12 March 2012. Julian has taken over from John le Roux, who is leaving the group to pursue personal interests and we wish him the very best and thank him for his service. Julian holds an B Sc Quantity Surveying and has been with the Protech Group for over twenty years and has, in this time, held the positions of Group COO and Acting CEO. Mr Chris Ryninks has been appointed as Group Contractual and Risk Executive with effect from 9 January 2012. Chris holds a Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying and has more than twenty five years experience in the construction industry.
