REORGANISATION OF METROFILE HOLDINGS BOARD OF DIRECTORS                         
Shareholders are advised that Messrs Paul Nkuna and Roy Midlane are retiring    
from the Board of Directors of Metrofile Holdings ("the Board") with effect     
from 30 March 2012.                                                             
Mr Nkuna has recently retired as CEO of the Group`s BEE partner, Mineworkers    
Investment Company (Pty) Limited ("MIC"). He has been Deputy Chairman of        
Metrofile Holdings and Chairman of its major operating subsidiary since 2006.   
We thank him for his considerable contribution to the Group and wish him well   
in his retirement.                                                              
Mr Midlane was previously CFO of the Group`s former holding company, MGX        
Holdings Limited, and was instrumental in achieving and implementing the        
restructure that led to the success of the Group today. He has been a non-      
executive director for the past six years. We thank him for his considerable    
contribution to the Group in both capacities.                                   
The new CEO of MIC, Mrs Mary Bomela, was appointed to the Board in 2010 and     
takes the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Group and Chairperson of its    
major operating subsidiary with effect from 30 March 2012.                      
We are pleased to welcome Ms Phumzile Langeni, BCom, BCom (Hons) (Business      
Management), to the Board as an independent non-executive director and as a     
member of the audit and risk committee with effect from 30 March 2012. Ms       
Langeni is the Executive Chairperson of Afropulse Group (Pty) Limited, an       
investor relations and corporate advisory house, non-executive chairperson of   
JSE-listed Astrapak Limited, a non-executive director of Imperial Holdings      
Limited and Massmart Holdings Limited, a member of the Port Regulator and a     
non-executive director of a number of unlisted companies.
