DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MNP SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MONDI PLC and that as 
a result of the dividend declaration relating to MONDI PLC (MNP) the Trustees of
the Share Installment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 181.38548 cents  
per MNPNIF share installment that is payable on Thursday, 10 May 2012. The      
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.                                  
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Wednesday, 04 April 2012. The Share       
Installment will commence trading ex-dividend from Thursday, 05 April 2012. The 
record date will be Friday, 13 April 2012.
