PUBLICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2011        
The board of Sea Kay advises that the company is not in a position to release   
its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2011 before the end of 
March 2012 as required by the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.         
The company expects to publish its interim results for the six months ended 31  
December 2011 during the latter half of April 2012.
