Shareholders are advised that Ellies expects that earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 April 2012 will be at least 40% higher than earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 April 2011. There is not a sufficient degree of certainty at this stage to provide the specific guidance as to the range by which the earnings per share and headline earnings per share will be higher and accordingly, more specific guidance, as required by the Listings Requirements, will be provided to shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty in this regard.
