BCK - Blackstar - New ISIN for Blackstar Blackstar Group SE Previously Blackstar Group PLC (Incorporated in England and Wales) (Company number SE 30) (registered as an external company with limited liability in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2011/008274/10) Share code: BCK ISIN: GB00B0W3NL87 ("Blackstar" or the "Company") New ISIN for Blackstar Timetable of corporate actions around the transfer to Malta Further to the Company`s announcement on 10 February 2012 in relation to the transfer of the Company`s registered office from the United Kingdom to Malta (the "Transfer") the Company`s ISIN will change from GB00B0W3NL87 to MT0000620105. The completion of the Transfer will trigger a requirement for the Company`s admission to trading on AIM to be cancelled and at the same time readmitted to trading on AIM. The London Stock Exchange has granted the Company permission to apply for readmission using the London Stock Exchange`s AIM Designated Market route ("ADM route"). The ADM route requires the Company to issue an AIM Schedule One announcement at least 20 business days before the expected date of readmission to AIM which shall include, amongst other things, all information that is equivalent to that required for an admission document and which is not currently in the public domain. The AIM Schedule One announcement will be made today. Shareholders on the South African register should note that the Transfer will not trigger a similar requirement for the Company`s admission to trading on Alternative Exchange of the JSE ("AltX") to be cancelled and readmitted and save for the change in the ISIN, Company`s listing on the AltX will not be affected.
