JD shareholders are advised that the conditions precedent pertaining to the approval of the competition authorities in South Africa of both the Partial Offer and the KAP transaction (as defined in the circular) have not yet been fulfilled. Accordingly, shareholders will be informed as soon as the aforementioned conditions have been fulfilled, following which the revised important dates and times in respect of the Partial Offer will be duly communicated to shareholders.
