(www.afrox.com) and dispatched to shareholders.                                 
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited         
results which were published on Thursday 23 February 2012.                      
Notice of annual general meeting                                                
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will     
be held at the registered office, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby,         
Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday 17 May 2012 at 10h00 to transact the     
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part     
of the annual financial statements.
