NFGOVI - Newfunds Govi ETF - Distribution and Re-Investment Announcement - month ended 29 February 2012 NEWFUNDS GOVI EXCHANGE TRADED FUND PORTFOLIO ("NEWFUNDS GOVI ETF" or "the ETF") A Portfolio in the NewFunds Collective Investment Scheme in Securities registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 Share code: NFGOVI ISIN: ZAE000161949 DISTRIBUTION AND RE-INVESTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT - MONTH ENDED 29 February 2012 Further to the announcement published on SENS on 3 February 2011, a distribution has been declared to holders of ETF securities ("investors") as at today, Thursday, 15 March 2012 for the month ended 29 February 2012, in an amount of 27 cents per ETF security. The distribution is comprised entirely of coupons derived from the Constituent Securities (as defined in the Portfolio Supplement dated 12 January 2011).
