The record date to participate and vote at the annual general meeting has been

reminded that the annual general meeting of Zaptronix will be held at 10:00 on  
27 March 2012 at the Company`s registered offices at Solutions House, Gazelle   
Close, Corporate Park South, Old Johannesburg Road, Midrand.
