EFG`s earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the six months ended 29 February 2012 to be reported on by EFG is expected to be at least 20% lower than EFG`s earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the six months ended 28 February 2011, as published. Once EFG obtains reasonable certainty regarding a range to describe the difference between the financial results for the six months ended 29 February 2012 to be reported on by EFG and the six months ended 28 February 2011, as published, EFG will issue a further announcement in that regard.
