DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE SHARE DIVIDEND                                        
The directors of PSG Financial Services Limited have declared a dividend of     
334.73 cents per share in respect of the cumulative, non-redeemable, non-       
participating preference shares for the six months ended 29 February 2012.      
The following are the salient dates for the payment of the preference dividend:
