CCL - Compu-Clearing Outsourcing Limited - Trading update statement for the six months ended 31 December 2011 COMPU-CLEARING OUTSOURCING LIMITED (REGISTRATION NUMBER 1998/015541/06) (INCORPORATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA) SHARE CODE: CCL ISIN: ZAE000016564 ("COMPU-CLEARING" OR "THE COMPANY") TRADING UPDATE STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2011 In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market in relation to such period. The board are pleased to advise shareholders that the earnings per share and headline earnings per share are expected to increase by between 34% to 38%, compared to the previous financial period ended 31 December 2010. The financial information, on which this trading statement is based, has not been reviewed by the company`s auditors.
