Shareholders are advised that earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the six months ended 31 December 2011 are expected to be between 6.5 cents EPS and 6.6 cents HEPS per share based on 213 423 750 shares in issue compared to the EPS and HEPS for the six months ended 31 December 2010 of 7.94 cents EPS and 7.93 cents HEPS per share based on 238 500 000 shares in issue.
