Mr Ross, who will continue to serve as a member of the Audit Committee will with immediate effect be replaced by Mrs Linda de Beer as Acting Chairman of the Committee. Mr Ross was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Hospitality in April 2007. He has more than 32 years` merchant banking and investment banking experience. Mrs de Beer was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Hospitality in August 2011 and is an independent financial reporting and corporate governance advisor and part time professor in financial accounting at the University of the Witwatersrand.
