Mr Salkow has entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of the shares in and   
claims against Berrywood Investments 10 (Proprietary) Limited ("Berrywood") for 
an amount of R2 million. Berrywood owns 15 million Ellies shares and has        
extensive obligations under preference shares issued by it in order to fund its 
purchase of its Ellies shares.
