VUN - Vunani Limited - Results of General Meeting VUNANI LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1997/020641/06) JSE code: VUN ISIN: ZAE000110359 ("Vunani" or "the company") RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING The directors advise that, at the general meeting of shareholders held today (8 February 2012), the following special resolutions, as set out in the notice of the general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders, dated 10 January 2011, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes: 1 the conversion of the company`s par value ordinary and preference shares into no par value ordinary and preference shares; 2 the consolidation of the company`s ordinary share capital on a 50:1 basis; and 3 the relevant amendments to the Memorandum of Incorporation to facilitate the conversion and consolidation of the company`s share capital.
