RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
The annual general meeting of Awethu shareholders was held today, Wednesday,    
8 February 2012. All the special and ordinary resolutions as set out in the     
notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 14 December 2011,       
were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
