MMG - MICROmega Holdings Limited - MICROmega subsidiary signs deal with Super Group MICROmega Holdings Limited (Registration number 1998/003821/06) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) ISIN code:ZAE000034435 Share code: MMG ("MICROmega") MICROmega SUBSIDIARY SIGNS DEAL WITH SUPER GROUP MICROmega Holdings Limited`s subsidiary company, Turrito Networks (Pty) Ltd ("Turrito"), recently signed a partnership agreement with Super Group Limited ("Super Group") to deliver cloud computing services to Super Group`s organization. Turrito is a provider of network and virtualization services, for both private and public cloud requirements. These solutions are accessable anywhere and are not bound to specific physical devices. This enables the virtualization of a corporate`s network in a very short space of time and enables the delivery of the customer`s choice of services from the cloud. In terms of the agreement, the primary data centre for Super Group went live with Turrito`s cloud technology in January 2012. This internal infrastructure is delivering cloud computing services to Super Group and its customers in South Africa and several international regions. Turrito are working closely with Super Group to expand the cloud computing enablement across its operating regions. According to Brian Timperley, Managing Director of Turrito, "Concluding the Super Group agreement was significant for Turrito as it has given us the opportunity to work with a large, respected multi-national company in delivering a world class cloud solution". He added, "The momentum that has been generated from the Super Group deal has been exceptional, and we have managed to overcome the barriers to entry for corporates wanting to go cloud. We are currently engaging with clients across the spectrum of corporate South Africa, with similair roll-outs scheduled for the near future". Greg Morris, Chief Executive Officer of MICROmega adds, "Turrito is starting to deliver on it`s immense potential and while the effect on earnings will initilly be small, we expect the investment we have made in cloud computing over the past three years to deliver a high return by Q4 this year". Super Group`s Chief Information Officer, Adrian Lewis had the following to say, "Our initial testing and working with Turrito has proved to be very positive.
