(`the Company`) to be held in Luxembourg on 5 March 2012 to seek shareholder approval for an amendment to the investment guidelines of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Reinet Fund S.C.A., F.I.S. as set out in the prospectus issued in 2008.
