Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions and special          
resolutions proposed at the ninety-fifth annual general meeting of Barloworld   
shareholders, held on Wednesday 25 January 2012, were passed with the requisite 
majorities.                                                                     
The special resolutions will be lodged with CIPC in due course.
