TAS - Taste Holdings Limited - Finalisation of the acquisition of the business operated by the traditional Fish & Chips (Pty) Limited TASTE HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2000/002239/06) JSE code: TAS ISIN: ZAE000081162 ("Taste") FINALISATION OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE BUSINESS OPERATED BY THE TRADITIONAL FISH & CHIPS (PTY) LIMITED Further to the announcements, dated 8 November 2011 and 8 December 2011, wherein Taste advised that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Buon Gusto Cuisine (Pty) Limited ("Buon Gusto"), would purchase the business operated by The Traditional Fish & Chips (Pty) Limited ("the business"), the Board of Taste has pleasure in announcing that the acquisition detailed in those announcements is now unconditional in all respects. As previously disclosed, it is anticipated that the acquisition will be earnings-enhancing to Taste within the first year. Buon Gusto will take delivery of the business on 1 February 2012 and it is anticipated that the business will have approximately 215 outlets on this date, exceeding the initial expectation of 195 outlets.
