SA Corporate Real Estate Fund - Voluntary announcement regarding the sale of SA Corporate`s stake in Oryx Properties Limited SA Corporate Real Estate Fund (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) A Collective Investment Scheme in property registered in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, No. 45 of 2002 and managed by SA Corporate Real Estate Fund Managers Limited (Registration number 1994/009895/06) Share Code: SAC ISIN Code: ZAE000083614 ("SA Corporate" or "the Fund") VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE SALE OF SA CORPORATE`S STAKE IN ORYX PROPERTIES LIMITED ("ORYX") SA Corporate unitholders are advised that SA Corporate has entered into an agreement ("the agreement") with TLP Investments One Three Seven (Proprietary) Limited ("TLP Investments"), whereby TLP Investments will acquire the total holding of SA Corporate in Oryx, representing 14 019 055 Oryx linked units ("the transaction"). The units will be acquired on 31 January 2012 at a price of N$13.20 per unit, with a total consideration of N$185 051 526. The transaction is subject to various suspensive conditions as stipulated in the agreement. Unit holders are also advised that Mr Len van Niekerk (Managing Director of SA Corporate) is a non-executive director of Oryx.
