Shareholders are referred to the circular to shareholders dated 9 November 2011 
wherein shareholder approval for the disposal by Huge Telecom (Pty) Limited     
("Huge Telecom") of a 49% shareholding in the ordinary share capital of         
TelePassport Communications (Pty) Limited, a Namibian associate company to Huge 
Telecom ("the TelePassport disposal" or "the transaction") was sought and       
subsequently obtained, and are advised that all conditions precedent to         
conclusion of the transaction have now been fulfilled.                          
In terms of the TelePassport disposal, 3 500 000 Huge ordinary shares were to be
tendered by Luigi`s Trust as consideration for the transaction, and this        
dealings announcement is made in this regard.
