ADI - Adaptit Holdings Limited - Trading update ADAPTIT HOLDINGS LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1998/017276/06) Share code: ADI ISIN: ZAE000113163 ("AdaptIT") TRADING UPDATE In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period. Accordingly, a review of the projected financial results for the six month period ending 31 December 2011 by management has indicated that earnings per share and headline earnings per share are expected to be at least 66% higher than those of the previous corresponding period. Additional information will be provided to shareholders as soon as management has a reasonable degree of certainty as to the range, within 20%, by which the earnings and headline earnings will have increased. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by AdaptIT`s auditors. AdaptIT`s financial results are expected to be released on SENS on or about 14 February 2012.
