Due to an administrative oversight, details of the acquisition of ordinary shares by certain Directors as part of the placing which was announced on 7 December 2010 were included in the circular to shareholders dated 7 December 2010, but not included in the RNS announcement to the market. Details of the Directors` participation in the placing in December 2010 are set out in the table below.
