1TM - 1time holdings Limited - Trading update 1time holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1999/017536/06) (JSE code: 1TM ISIN: ZAE000102026) ("1time" or "the company") In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period. Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the year ending 31 December 2011 by management has indicated that the earnings per share is expected to decrease by more than 20% when compared to those reported for the previous corresponding period. At this time, 1time is unable to quantify, with reasonable certainty, the expected headline earnings per share ("HEPS") or earnings per share ("EPS") for the period. A further trading statement will be published once the company has more certainty with regards to its financial results for the year ending 31 December 2011. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by 1time`s auditors. 1time`s financial results are expected to be released during March 2012.
