Appointment to the board of directors In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are also referred to Ordinary Resolution number 6 contained in the notice of annual general meeting which deals with the appointment of Mr. Uys Meyer as a non-executive director which resolution was also passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The appointment is with immediate effect.
