Results of Annual General Meeting                                               
Shareholders are hereby advised that, with the exception of Ordinary            
Resolution number 13 relating to the general authority to issue shares for      
cash which was withdrawn, all the remaining special and ordinary resolutions    
tabled at the annual general meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, 7        
December 2011, were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders          
present in person or represented by proxy.                                      
Appointment to the board of directors                                           
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE       
Limited, shareholders are also referred to Ordinary Resolution number 6         
contained in the notice of annual general meeting which deals with the          
appointment of Mr. Uys Meyer as a non-executive director which resolution       
was also passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The appointment      
is with immediate effect.                                                       
The board wishes to welcome Mr. Meyer to the GPI board and look forward to      
his valued contributions.
