Wearne is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Marius Bierman, (42) CA    
(SA), as the company`s executive financial director with effect from 5          
December 2011.  Mr Bierman completed his articles at the now-named              
PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc and has been employed since then in various          
financial roles by a number of listed companies.
