BCK - Blackstar Group SE - Update regarding the proposed transfer to Malta Blackstar Group SE Previously Blackstar Group PLC (Incorporated in England and Wales) (Company number SE 30) (registered as an external company with limited liability in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2011/008274/10) Share code: BCK ISIN: GB00BOW3NL87 ("Blackstar" or "the Company") Update regarding the proposed transfer to Malta Following the announcement made by the Company on 28 October 2011, the Company wishes to inform shareholders that it has begun the process to transfer the Company`s registered office and the tax residence to Malta. The necessary filing to commence this process was made at Companies House on 28 November 2011 and, in accordance with the Article 8 of Counsel Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001, it is currently expected that an announcement shall be published in the London Gazette and a circular shall be posted to shareholders by Friday 9 December 2011.
