ITR - Intertrading Limited - Trading statement INTERTRADING LIMITED (INCORPORATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA) (REGISTRATION NUMBER 1987/004777/06) SHARE CODE ITR ISIN ZAE000015566 ("Intertrading") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited relating to Trading Statements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from those of the previous corresponding period. Intertrading is expecting a headline loss per share for the 6 month period ended 31 August 2011 of approximately 6.6 cents as opposed to the 0.6 cents headline loss per share reported for the previous corresponding period for 2010, and a basic loss per share for the 6 month period ended 31 August 2011 of approximately 6.6 cents as opposed to the 0.6 cents loss per share reported for the previous corresponding period for 2010.
