Sephaku Holdings issued an announcement on 16 November 2011 in respect of       
dealings by director Lelau Mohuba in which an erroneous number of shares        
disposed of was disclosed.                                                      
The number of shares sold by Lelau Mohuba on 15 November 2011 was as follows:   
- 50 000 at R3.05 (and not 40 000); and                                         
- 30 000 at R3.10 (and not 50 000).
