RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
River Group is authorised to announce that the annual general meeting of Petmin 
held on 25 November 2011 was attended in person and by proxy by approximately   
63,96% of the shareholders.                                                     
All the resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite number of           
shareholders and will, where necessary, be registered with the Registrar of     
Companies.                                                                      
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE       
Limited, shareholders` attention is drawn to the fact that Mr Johan Adam        
Strijdom is retiring, as a non- executive director of Petmin, with effect from  
25 November 2011.  The Chairman and members of the Board wish to thank Johan    
most sincerely for his valued contribution to the Company and its subsidiaries  
over the years, and wish him well for the future.
