Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of       
Hardware Warehouse will be held on Friday, 2 December 2011 at 12:00 at          
Charteris & Barnes, 17 Vincent Road, East London to transact the business       
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in       
the annual report.
