POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS MEETING                          
Shareholders are advised that the circular, incorporating a notice of a general 
meeting to be held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 30 November 2011 at Oppiedam, Balfour 
Road R550, Nigel 1490 has been mailed to shareholders.                          
The notice of meeting contains proposed resolutions relating to inter alia the  
disposal of Stanger Brick and Tile and the granting of an option to a chief     
restructuring officer.
