RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
At the annual general meeting of the Company held on 3 November 2011, all the   
ordinary and special resolutions proposed in the integrated report which was    
sent to shareholders on 28 September 2011, were passed by the requisite         
majority.  The advisory resolution in respect of the company`s Remuneration     
Policy was also approved.
