Final Dividend Declaration/Withdrawal of Cautionary                             
Holders of the variable rate redeemable non-cumulative preference shares in the 
issued share capital of the Stimulus ("2004 Preference Shares") are referred to 
the cautionary announcement dated 05 October 2011 and are advised that the 31   
October 2011 payment of the dividend referred to therein is unconditional and   
accordingly, includes a capital return. Preference Shareholders will thus       
receive N$102.72 per share (capital redemption per share of N$65.00 and dividend
per share of N$37.72).                                                          
The 2004 Preference Shares shall be redeemed in accordance with Clause 17.5.1 of
the terms and conditions attaching to the 2004 Preference Shares and as set out 
in the 2004 Placing Document and payment of redemption will take place from     
existing cash and new issuance of preference shares.                            
Shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
