AMENDMENT TO THE RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS OFFER                                    
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on 18 October 2011 which          
detailed the results of the JDH rights offer and are advised that even          
though the rights offer remains fully subscribed, a higher number of            
shareholders applied for rights and excess applications and thus the            
shares issued to the underwriter has been reduced.                              
Escalator Capital Limited ("Escalator"), the underwriter, has been              
issued 184 041 565 ordinary shares amounting to R12 882 910, instead of         
the previously announced 194 179 641 ordinary shares. Accordingly,              
Escalator will hold 49.48% instead of 52.21% of the issued share                
capital of JDH.
