Transnet has increased its Domestic Medium Term Note and Commercial Paper       
Programme to ZAR 55 Billion as at 25 October 2011. In respect of Notes          
issued under the Programme on or after 25 October 2011, the Programme           
Memorandum will supersede and replace the Previous Programme Memorandum         
(ZAR 30 billion Domestic Medium Term Note and Commercial paper programme        
dated 6 September 2007).
