TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
Shareholders are advised that the interim unaudited group results for the       
six months ended 31 August 2011 are expected to show headline earnings          
and earnings per share to be between 24% and 34% lower than for the             
corresponding period last year.                                                 
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the         
auditors of the company.
