Salient dates The notice of the Company`s annual general meeting will be sent to its shareholders who are recorded as such in the Company`s securities register on 14 October 2011 being the notice record date used to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting. The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company`s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is 25 November 2011 being the voting record date used to determine which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting will therefore be 18 November 2011. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 10:00 on Wednesday 30 November 2011. Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general meeting immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
