Shareholders are advised that this information has now been received and that the company will be assessing the need for a trading update, followed by the publication of its interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2011, on or about 20 October 2011. Thereafter, it will be able to finalise the pro forma financial effects of the various acquisitions as well as its profit forecast, which are required to enable the submission of the acquisition circular to the JSE as previously announced.
