TSX - Trans Hex Group Limited - Termination of the secondary listing of Trans Hex on the Namibian Stock Exchange TRANS HEX GROUP LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) Registration 1963/007579/06 JSE Share Code: TSX NSX Share Code: THX ISIN Code: ZAE000018552 ("Trans Hex" or "the Company") TERMINATION OF THE SECONDARY LISTING OF TRANS HEX ON THE NAMIBIAN STOCK EXCHANGE ("NSX") Trans Hex currently has a primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") and a secondary listing on the NSX. The Board of Directors has decided that due to the Company no longer having operations in Namibia, there is no longer justification for a listing on the NSX. There will be no change to the Company`s JSE listing. The salient dates for the delisting of Trans Hex shares from the NSX are as follows: Last day to trade: Friday 14 October 2011 Listing suspended in Namibia from commencement of business: Monday, 17 October 2011 Record date: Friday, 21 October 2011 Termination of listing from NSX commencement of business: Tuesday, 25 October 2011 Namibian shareholders will be afforded the opportunity to continue trading their shares on the JSE and will continue to have access to any information concerning Trans Hex which is made public in South Africa via SENS announcements.
