RBX - Raubex Group Limited - Trading statement in respect of the six months ended 31 August 2011 RAUBEX GROUP LIMITED (Previously Lexpub 49 Investments Limited) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2006/023666/06) JSE Share code: RBX ISIN: ZAE000093183 ("Raubex" or "the Group") TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2011 Shareholders are advised that Raubex expects its earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the six months period ended 31 August 2011 to be between 30% and 40% lower compared to the corresponding period to 31 August 2010. This translates in both earnings per share and headline earnings per share ranging between 89 and 103 cents per share. The Group`s performance continues to be influenced by persistent pricing pressures in the roads infrastructure sector generally and resultant downward effect on margins. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The release of the interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2011 is anticipated to be published on or about 7 November 2011.
