(formerly Wichford P.L.C.) (the "Company") REDEFINE APPOINTS GREG CLARKE AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN DESIGNATE Redefine International P.L.C. (LSE: RDI), the diversified income focused property company, today announces the appointment of Greg Clarke as an Independent Non-executive Director and Chairman Designate of the Company. Greg Clarke will succeed the current Chairman, Philippe de Nicolay, who announced his intention to step down from the Board on 13 July 2011 after more than seven years as a Non-executive Director and almost four years as Chairman. It is anticipated that Philippe de Nicolay will retire from the Board in November 2011, following the announcement of the Company`s full year results for the 12 months to 31 August 2011. Greg, 53, joins Redefine with over 30 years` experience of working for and running large international public corporations across Europe, Australia and South Africa. Between 2002 and 2009 he was Chief Executive of Lend Lease Corporation, an ASX 50 international corporation specialising in property investment, development and construction. Between 1994 and 2000 he worked for groups owned by Cable and Wireless, ultimately being promoted to CEO of Cable and Wireless Communications Plc. He is currently Chairman of The Football League, a role he has held since 2010. In addition to the executive appointments detailed above, Greg sat on the board of British United Provident Association (`BUPA`) between 2001 and 2007 as a Non-executive Director. Commenting, Philippe de Nicolay, Chairman of Redefine, said: "It was with much regret that I announced my intention to retire at the time of the merger. I have been involved with the Company since 2004 and following my relocation to Brazil I have found it increasingly difficult to fulfil my duties as Chairman. This has been an exciting period of evolution for the Company, culminating in the successful merger of Wichford and Redefine to create a strong diversified income focused property Company. I am delighted that Greg Clarke is joining the Board as Chairman Designate to take over from me when I step down from the Board in November. His extensive experience of managing companies across our key geographic areas and his knowledge of real estate in particular should prove valuable to the Company as it enters the next phase of growth."
