RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of Mutumwa            
Dziva Mawere from the board of AH-Vest with effect from 30 September            
2011.                                                                           
The board would like to thank Mutumwa for his valuable contribution to          
the company over the years.
