Shareholders are hereby advised that William Tell`s 2011 integrated             
annual report for the year ended 30 June 2011 as audited by BDO South           
Africa Inc, whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the         
Company`s registered office, is being dispatched to shareholders today,         
and contains no modifications to the abridged consolidated group results        
which were announced on SENS on 19 September 2011.                              
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of William Tell          
shareholders will be held at 31 Van Eck Street, Chamdor, Krugersdorp on         
Wednesday, 16 November 2011 at 09h00, to transact the business as set out       
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting contained in the integrated         
report.
